Workout Routine – 7/7/2023
Solo workout today. I’m actually pretty proud of myself for doing ~most~ of the workouts without the help from my dad. It definitely would’ve been nice to have him help with the bicep curls with the weighted bars (that 30 lb big black bar is a biiiiitch) but other than that, I had a pretty good workout. 8/10!
I also missed his little words of encouragement. Truly one of the most important parts of working out… having a workout buddy to cheer you on!
Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets 12 reps
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Black bar (20 lbs) 2 sets 12 reps
- Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets 10 reps no knees
- Row machine
- 40 lbs 4 sets of 10
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 17.5 lbs 1 set of 10 reps
- 20 lbs 2 sets of 10 reps
- 22.5 1 set of 10 reps
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- 15 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps each arm
