Legs / Abs

  • Warm up walk
    • 8 minutes, 3.0 speed, 3.5 incline
  • Leg extension
    • 10 lbs warm up
    • 40 lbs 8 reps 3 sets
  • Leg curls
    • 25 lbs warm up
    • 40 lbs 8 reps 2 sets
    • 55 lbs 8 reps 1 set
  • Planks
    • 1:00 minute, 3 sets
  • Sit ups
    • 25 reps
  • Leg lifts
    • 25 reps
