Motivation

In Spring/Summer 2020, I was the best I’ve ever looked and the best I’ve ever felt. My goal is to get back to that body & that mindset.

As for a timeline– I started consistently working out with my dad when we were both furloughed from our jobs during COVID. We’d go to the park with the weights we’ve accumulated through family & FB marketplace and we’d do farmer’s walks around the park, bicep curls, chest presses, etc. Truly living our best lives.

This was around mid-April 2020. I’ll put the dates of the pictures in their respective captions, but it seems like this ~body~ took around 3 months of consistently working out and eating right.
