A lovely workout with the sweet Victoria!
Chest / Shoulders / Triceps (Push exercises)
- Push ups – 10×4
- Dumbbell bench press – 15lbs 10×2, 20lbs 8×2
- Dumbbell shoulder press – 10lbs 10×2, 15lbs 8×1
- Dumbbell lateral raises – 5lbs 10×3
- Dumbbell kickbacks – 5lbs 12×3
- Dumbbell skullcrushers – 10lbs 8×3
- Planks – 1:00×4
