A lovely workout with the sweet Victoria!

Chest / Shoulders / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Push ups – 10×4
  • Dumbbell bench press – 15lbs 10×2, 20lbs 8×2
  • Dumbbell shoulder press – 10lbs 10×2, 15lbs 8×1
  • Dumbbell lateral raises – 5lbs 10×3
  • Dumbbell kickbacks – 5lbs 12×3
  • Dumbbell skullcrushers – 10lbs 8×3
  • Planks – 1:00×4
