  • Push ups – 10×4
  • Smith machine bench press – 35lbs 10×1, 40lbs 10×1, 45lbs 8×1
  • Dumbbell fly – 10lbs 10×3
  • Dumbbell lateral raise – 7.5lbs 10×3
  • Dumbbell shoulder press – 12.5lbs 10×3
  • Front plate raise – 10lbs 10×3
  • Dumbbell kickbacks – 7.5lbs 10×3
  • Dumbbell skullcrusher – 10lbs 8×3
  • Seated tricep press – 15lbs 10×3
  • Stair Stepper – 18:00×966 steps
