- Smith machine bench press – 35lbs 10×1, 40lbs 10×1, 45lbs 8×1
- Dumbbell fly – 10lbs 10×3
- Dumbbell lateral raise – 7.5lbs 10×3
- Dumbbell shoulder press – 12.5lbs 10×3
- Front plate raise – 10lbs 10×3
- Dumbbell kickbacks – 7.5lbs 10×3
- Dumbbell skullcrusher – 10lbs 8×3
- Seated tricep press – 15lbs 10×3
- Stair Stepper – 18:00×966 steps
