Life too busy I forgot to celebrate my 1 year of working out. Stoked to be here. Feeling good, feeling strong. Shout out to my dad for being the best trainer. Shout out to my mom who always pushes me to go to the gym, especially on the days I don’t want to. Shout out to my friends who have encouraged me along the way and have been my personal hype men on the daily. And special shout out to myself, for sticking with it and proving you can grow. Let’s keep going!
