Workout Routine

I’d just like to note that I’ve been rock climbing, which is way harder to log. But the gains are real. I’ll try to climb 1-2 times a week and then pull, push, legs/abs. Some weeks have been inconsistent, but I’m working on it… a lot going on in life!

Biceps / Back / Forearms (Pull exercises)

  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1×20
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Black, red, big black (20, 25, 30 lbs)
    • 1×15, 1×12, 1×10
  • Row machine
    • 45 lbs 4×12
  • Dumbbell bicep curls
    • 15 lbs 3×10
  • Dumbbell Rows
    • 25 lbs 1×10
    • 27.5 lbs 2×10
  • Palms-up Barbell Wrist Curls
    • 12 lbs 1×15, 1×12, 1×10
