Workout Routine
I’d just like to note that I’ve been rock climbing, which is way harder to log. But the gains are real. I’ll try to climb 1-2 times a week and then pull, push, legs/abs. Some weeks have been inconsistent, but I’m working on it… a lot going on in life!
Biceps / Back / Forearms (Pull exercises)
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 1×20
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Black, red, big black (20, 25, 30 lbs)
- 1×15, 1×12, 1×10
- Row machine
- 45 lbs 4×12
- Dumbbell bicep curls
- 15 lbs 3×10
- Dumbbell Rows
- 25 lbs 1×10
- 27.5 lbs 2×10
- Palms-up Barbell Wrist Curls
- 12 lbs 1×15, 1×12, 1×10
