  • Dumbbell tricep press

  • Arnold Shoulder press
    • 10 lbs 3×10
  • Dumbbell Chest press
    • 10 lbs 3×15
  • Tricep extension with 1 dumbbell (skullcrushers)
    • 10lbs 3×10
