    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Black, red, big black (20, 25, 30 lbs)
    • 3×10
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine
    • 20 lbs 1×10
    • 22.5 lbs 2×10
  • Cable machine bicep curls
    • 10 lbs 3×10
  • Standing Rows
    • 25 lbs 1×10
    • 27.5 lbs 2×10
  • Leg Lifts
    • 1×25
  • Sit Ups
