Workout Routine

Biceps / Back / Shoulder (Pull exercises)

  • Shoulders warm up
    • Elastic thing
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: black bar (20 lbs), red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 3 sets; 15, 12, 10 reps
  • High to low cable machine pulldowns
    • Weight: 12.5 lbs, 15 lbs, 17.5 lbs
    • 3 sets of 10 reps each arm
  • Dumbbell curls (1.5 curls)
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets; 8, 8, 7 reps
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine (on ball)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10
