Workout Routine
Biceps / Back / Shoulder (Pull exercises)
- Shoulders warm up
- Elastic thing
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Weight: black bar (20 lbs), red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
- 3 sets; 15, 12, 10 reps
- High to low cable machine pulldowns
- Weight: 12.5 lbs, 15 lbs, 17.5 lbs
- 3 sets of 10 reps each arm
- Dumbbell curls (1.5 curls)
- Weight: 15 lbs
- Reps: 3 sets; 8, 8, 7 reps
- Lat pulldown with cable machine (on ball)
- Weight: 17.5 lbs
- Reps: 3 sets of 10
