  • Push ups on ground

  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 3 set of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Chest press
    • Weight: 15 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Tricep extension with bar
    • Weight: Blue bar
    • 3 sets of 10
