- Shoulders warm up
- Elastic thing
- Purple bar
- Green bar, Blue bar
- Push ups on ground
- 10 x 4
- Cable machine (triceps)
- Weight: 17.5 lbs; 3 set of 10 reps
- Chest press machine
- Weight: 25 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
- Weighted bar triceps
- Weight: Blue bar
- 3 sets of 10
