Chest / Triceps / Shoulders (Push exercises)

  • Shoulders warm up
    • Elastic thing
    • Purple bar
    • Green bar, Blue bar
  • Push ups on ground
    • 10 x 4
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 3 set of 10 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
  • Weighted bar triceps
    • Weight: Blue bar
    • 3 sets of 10
