Workout Routine – 9/27/2023

Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)

  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: black bar (20 lbs), red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 1 set of 15, 1 set of 12, 1 set of 10
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 55 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 each arm
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine (switching grip)
    • Weight: 20 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10
