Workout Routine – 9/26/2023

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
  • Bicep curl warm up (in front & behind back)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets 11 reps
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs; 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Chest press with bar
    • 30 lbs 4 sets reps to fail (~15)
  • Tricep dips
    • Bodyweight
