Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Bicep curl warm up (in front & behind back)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets 11 reps
- Cable machine (triceps)
- 17.5 lbs; 4 sets of 10 reps
- Chest press with bar
- 30 lbs 4 sets reps to fail (~15)
- Tricep dips
- Bodyweight
