Workout Routine – 9/4/2023

Some updates–

Back to the push/pull exercises. I did a mini bedroom workout on Fri (chest / triceps) but didn’t log it.

Yesterday I ran a mile. 12:19 pace. Yikes. BUT, it was my first time running a mile in god knows how long. Immediate stomach cramp when I started running lol.

Today I ran another mile. 10:57 pace. Progress! I felt better, no stomach cramps.

Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: black bar (20 lbs), red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 1 set of 15 (black), 1 set of 12 (red), big black bar 2 sets of 10
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 55 lbs 3 sets of 8-10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 each arm
  • Bench flyer things
    • Weight: 15 lbs 
    • Reps: 3 sets 10 reps
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine
    • Weight: 20 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10
  • Cable machine bicep curl (kettlebell style)
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 3 set of 10
