Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 4 sets
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 3 sets 15 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 40 lbs 1 set of 10
    • 55 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Kettlebell triceps
    • 15 lbs 3 sets of 10
