Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 4 sets
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Red bar (25 lbs) 3 sets 15 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets 10 reps
- Row machine
- 40 lbs 1 set of 10
- 55 lbs 3 sets of 10
- Kettlebell triceps
- 15 lbs 3 sets of 10
