Workout Routine -8/22/2023
5/10 workout – day 1 of my ~time of month~ and first day back after vacation. body is tired & weak.
Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Black bar (20 lbs) 3 sets of 12 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 3 sets 10 reps
- Row machine
- 40 lbs 3 sets of 10
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 15 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
