Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Green bar (10 lbs) 1 set behind back and in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 2 set 12 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets 12-14 reps
  • Row machine
    • 55 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
