- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Green bar (10 lbs) 1 set behind back and in front
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Black bar (20 lbs) 1 set 15 reps
- Red bar (25 lbs) 1 set 12 reps
- Big black bar (30 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs, 22.5 lbs
- 1 set 10 reps x3
- Push ups on ground
- 3 sets 10 reps
- Row machine
- 55 lbs 3 sets of 10
