91 lbs – we bought weight gainer, made from beef protein. Wish me luck.

Workout Routine -8/10/2023

Another strong workout. 8/10. Two days ago I did a mini workout in my room. Didn’t log it. But did chest, biceps, back and tri.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps & Legs

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Green bar (10 lbs) 1 set behind back
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 12 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 3 sets 10 reps, 1 set 16 reps
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs, 1 set 10 reps, 3 sets 10
  • Row machine
    • 55 lbs 3 sets of 10, 1 set of 7
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 1 set of 10 each arm; 2 sets arms together 10 reps
