Workout Routine -8/10/2023
Another strong workout. 8/10. Two days ago I did a mini workout in my room. Didn’t log it. But did chest, biceps, back and tri.
Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps & Legs
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Green bar (10 lbs) 1 set behind back
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 12 reps
- Big black bar (30 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 3 sets 10 reps, 1 set 16 reps
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs, 1 set 10 reps, 3 sets 10
- Row machine
- 55 lbs 3 sets of 10, 1 set of 7
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- Weight: 15 lbs
- Reps: 1 set of 10 each arm; 2 sets arms together 10 reps
