Workout Routine -8/4/2023

Strong workout. 8/10.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps & Legs

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets; 10 reps
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 20 lbs, 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 55 lbs 4 sets of 7
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 2 sets of 10 each arm; 2 sets arms together 10 reps
  • Squats with weighted bar
    • Weight: 10 lbs
    • Reps: 4 sets of 10
  • Calf raises with weighted bar
    • Weight: 10 lbs
    • Reps: 4 sets of 10
