Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps & Legs
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
- Big black bar (30 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets; 10 reps
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 20 lbs, 4 sets of 10 reps
- Row machine
- 55 lbs 4 sets of 7
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- Weight: 15 lbs
- Reps: 2 sets of 10 each arm; 2 sets arms together 10 reps
- Squats with weighted bar
- Weight: 10 lbs
- Reps: 4 sets of 10
- Calf raises with weighted bar
- Weight: 10 lbs
- Reps: 4 sets of 10
