  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Push ups on ground
    • 3 sets; 10 reps
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 20 lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 3 sets 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 40 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Leg curls
    • 40 lbs; 3 sets of 10
  • Leg extensions
    • 25 lbs; 3 sets of 10
  • Leg press
    • 55 lbs; 3 sets of 10
