- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
- Push ups on ground
- 3 sets; 10 reps
- Cable machine with rope (triceps)
- 20 lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Red bar (25 lbs) 3 sets 10 reps
- Row machine
- 40 lbs 3 sets of 10
- Leg curls
- 40 lbs; 3 sets of 10
- Leg extensions
- 25 lbs; 3 sets of 10
- Leg press
