Workout Routine – 7/27/2023

According to my menstrual tracking system, I’m in my ~period~ phase aka I should NOT be doing any intense workouts. So today we did like a half-ass workout. I felt ok. 6/10

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets 15 reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Black bar (20 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets; 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 40 lbs 4 sets of 10
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs, 4 sets of 10 reps
