Weight – 7/22/2023

93 lbswe’ve hit 93 lbs! I’ll have to check back in my log to see if we’ve been 93 lbs before? Regardless… LFG!

Workout Routine – 7/22/2023

I watched a tiktok about a woman’s cycle and how certain days/weeks you have different energy & strength levels and there are some days/weeks where you should work out hard and others you should take it easy. I mentioned it a few days ago that I’m in my “luteal” phase, which means my energy is shit. I think I need to map out what days/weeks are better for full body workouts / intense strength training and what days I should do lighter weights.

Because holy shit, I am TIRED today. I could barely do 10 pushups, whereas last week I was ripping out 15 no problem. Will draw a calendar and report back.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets 15 reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 4 sets 12 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets; 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 40 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • 15 lbs 2 sets of 10 reps each arm; 1 set 10 reps arms together
