Workout Routine – 7/19/2023

My friend Emmy has taught me about the different phases of my cycle and it ALL MAKES SENSE. I was EXHAUSTED during this work out. And I told her and she’s like ‘I bet you’re in your luteal phase’ and I checked my Ovia app and … I’M IN MY EARLY LUTEAL PHASE.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets 10+ reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 12 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets; 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 55 lbs 3 sets of 10
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
