I know what you’re thinking… “You NEVER do legs”. And yes, you’re right. Because I fucking hate doing legs. But today we did legs because my upper body is SO TIRED. And now my legs are SO TIRED.
Honestly, I have no idea if the weight and reps are legit, but just go with it. I swear it happened, I did legs today.
Legs
- Leg extension
- 10 lbs warm up
- 40 lbs 10 reps 3 sets
- Leg curls
- 25 lbs warm up
- 40 lbs 10 reps 3 sets
- Leg press
- 55 lbs
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Lunges
- 3 sets of 12 reps
- Calf raises
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Squats
- 3 sets of 10 reps
