Workout Routine – 7/15/2023

Maybe I shouldn’t be doing back to back workouts for the sake of my own recovery. Yesterday should’ve been a recovery day for me. But tbh, I was bored and had the energy to do a workout. And since I did it without my dad, he thought I’ve recovered so today is the day to work out. Miscommunication. REGARDLESS. I did a decent work out. Muscles are throbbing but feeling strong, physically and mentally. 8.5/10.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets 10+ reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 1 set 12 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 3 sets; 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 55 lbs 3 sets of 8
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs 1 set of 10 reps
    • 20 lbs 2 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • 15 lbs 2 sets of 10 reps each arm; 1 set 10 reps arms together
