Workout Routine – 7/14/2023

Happy Friday! Mini mid-day work out. Honestly, I felt energized so I went to the gym. The beauty of everyone working and no one being in the gym. Blasted some TSwift. Feeling good. 8/10.

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 1 set
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Push ups on ground
    • 3 sets; 14 reps, 14 reps, 12 reps
  • Rows with dumbbells
    • 25 lbs 3 sets of 10 each arm
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • 15 lbs; 3 sets of 10 reps (front grip)
    • 15 lbs; 3 sets of 10 reps (reverse grip)
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • 15 lbs 1 set of 10 reps each arm; 2 sets 10 reps arms together
