Workout Routine – 7/3/2023

Full body routine with some tennis w/ Mary. Beautiful evening. 9/10.

JUST TO NOTE- I’ve been doing a July Push Up challenge. Idk what to call it but I basically do whatever # day it is, that many push ups. So I did 3 today, I’ll do 4 tomorrow. All the way to 31. TBD. RIP.

I also did another 10 push ups right after the work out to show off in front of my mom. Prob shouldn’t have done that. My chest is throbbing. :’)

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 3 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set behind back, 1 set in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set 12 reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Black bar (20 lbs) 1 set 12 reps
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 2 sets 10 reps
    • Big black bar (30 lbs) 1 set 7 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets 10 reps no knees
  • Row machine
    • 40 lbs 2 sets of 10
    • 55 lbs 1 set of 7
  • Cable machine with rope (triceps)
    • 17.5 lbs 1 set of 10 reps
    • 20 lbs 1 set of 10 reps
    • 22.5 lbs 1 set of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • 15 lbs 2 sets of 10 reps each arm; 1 set both at same time
