We’ve been doing full body workouts to ease back into the routine. A little bit of chest, little bit of biceps, little bit of back and little bit of triceps. Feeling strong, feeling good. Workout Rating: 8/10
Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps
- Quick shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 3 sets
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets behind back, 2 sets in front
- Bicep curl warm up (curls)
- Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Black bar (20 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Red bar (25 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Big black bar (30 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
- 2 sets 9 reps no knees
- 1 set 10 reps no knees
- Row machine
- 40 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- 15 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps each arm
- Cable machine (triceps)
- 17.5 lbs; 1 set of 10 reps
- 20 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
- Chest press machine
- 25 lbs
- 4 sets 10 reps
