Weight – 6/27/2023

Tbh, kinda unknown since I’ve been waking up in Canada the last 5 days… but let’s just say 91 lbs

Workout Routine – 6/27/2023

We’re back, baby. After an amazing trip to Banff, I dragged my ass back into the gym to do an all body workout (minus legs… climbing mountains in Banff took care of leg day for the past 4 days and probably the next 4 days… RIP).

Chest & Biceps & Back & Triceps

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 3 sets
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2 sets behind back, 2 sets in front
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 1 set 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Red bar (25 lbs) 3 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 3 sets 8 reps no knees, 4 on knees
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 40 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs
    • 4 sets 10 reps
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 1 set of 10 reps
    • Weight: 20 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
