Workout Routine – 6/19/2023

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar, front and side
    • Orange bar, both grips front raises
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back
  • Push ups on ground
    • 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
    • 3 sets 8 reps no knees, 4 reps on knees
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 1 set of 10 reps
    • Weight: 20 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs
    • 4 sets 10 reps
  • Dumbbell triceps
    • Weight: 10 lbs 
    • 3 sets 10 reps
  • Chest press with bar
    • Weight: Black bar (30 lbs) 
    • 4 sets of 10 reps (2 sets with closer grip)
  • Tricep dips
    • Bodyweight
    • 3 sets of 10 reps
