- Shoulder warm up
- Purple bar, front and side
- Orange bar, both grips front raises
- Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back
- Push ups on ground
- 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
- 3 sets 8 reps no knees, 4 reps on knees
- Cable machine (triceps)
- Weight: 17.5 lbs; 1 set of 10 reps
- Weight: 20 lbs; 3 sets 10 reps
- Chest press machine
- Weight: 25 lbs
- 4 sets 10 reps
- Dumbbell triceps
- Weight: 10 lbs
- 3 sets 10 reps
- Chest press with bar
- Weight: Black bar (30 lbs)
- 4 sets of 10 reps (2 sets with closer grip)
- Tricep dips
- Bodyweight
- 3 sets of 10 reps
