Workout Routine – 6/17/2023

JUST TO NOTE – We did do a mini leg workout (no abs) on 6/15. I just didn’t log it. Legs are still twigs, nothing new to show.

Felt a little weak today idk why. Overall rating: 7/10

Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 3 sets
    • Yellow bar (10 lbs) 1 set behind back
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) until warmed up
    • Black bar (20 lbs) until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 1 set of 13 (red), big black bar 2 sets of 10
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 40 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 2 sets of 10 each arm; 1 set arms together 8 reps (weak af)
  • Dumbbell with rows
    • Weight: 30 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with handles cable machine
    • Weight: 10 lbs
    • Reps 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Reverse grip bicep curls (forearms & biceps)
    • Weight: 8 lbs 
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bent over rows
    • Weight: 30 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps
