Weight – 6/12/2023

92 lbs92.8 !!! LFG !!!! Prob because it was pre-poop?! But I’ll take it.

Workout Routine – 6/12/2023

Shorter, less crazy work out today. We wanted to make sure my shoulder wasn’t going to get fckd up. I still felt pumped up and had good energy so I’ll give it a solid 8/10 work out. I should start rating my work outs.

Another catch phrase to add to “Shit my Dad says when I work out”

Biceps / Back / Forearms (Pull exercises)

  • Quick shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (5 lbs) front and side 2 sets
  • Bicep curl warm up (curls)
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) 2-3 sets until warmed up
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 1 set of 12 (red), big black bar 1 set of 10, 1 set of 8
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 40 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 each arm
  • Dumbbell with rows
    • Weight: 30 lbs
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Reverse grip bicep curls (forearms & biceps)
    • Weight: 8 lbs 
    • Reps: 3 sets of 10 reps
