Weight – 6/10/2023

92 lbsIs this the first time I’ve reached 92 lbs?! There might have been a day in April or May where I got to 92… but I had to limit the graph since it was getting a bit too crazy. Regardless, we’re making our way up!

Workout Routine – 6/10/2023

Shoulder was definitely not wanting to participate today. Considering we went around 11am and my body was still recovering from the Pull routine yesterday evening, overall it was a decent work out.

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Orange bar, Yellow bar, both grips front raises
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back
  • Push ups on ground
    • 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
    • 3 sets 8 reps no knees, 4 reps on knees
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 1 set of 10 reps
    • Weight: 20 lbs; 2 sets 10 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs; 3 sets 8 reps
  • Dumbbell triceps
    • 10 lbs 3 sets 8 reps
  • Chest press with bar
    • Weight: Black bar (30 lbs) 
    • 3 sets of 8 reps
