Workout Routine – 6/3/2023
Happy Saturday! Feeling good. Got an ~earlier~ workout in today. It’s not even noon. My dad and I went to the park down the street and did some Farmer’s Walks and some leg action. Weather was pretty good. Started sweating towards the end, but sometimes you need a good sweat to end a good workout. Time to go lay out by the pool and read!
