Workout Routine – 6/1/2023
Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)
- Shoulder warm up
- Green bar (12 lbs) front arm raises, both grips
- Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back
- Push ups on ground
- 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
- 4 sets 7 reps no knees, 5 reps on knees
- Dumbbell triceps
- 4 sets 15 lbs 10 reps
- Chest press machine
- 4 sets 25 lbs 10-11 reps
- Tricep dips
- Bodyweight
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Chest press with bar (on ground)
- Black bar (30 lbs)
- 2 sets of 10 reps; regular chest press
- 2 sets of 10 reps; close grip press (triceps & chest)
