Workout Routine – 6/1/2023

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Green bar (12 lbs) front arm raises, both grips
    • Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back
  • Push ups on ground
    • 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
    • 4 sets 7 reps no knees, 5 reps on knees
  • Dumbbell triceps
    • 4 sets 15 lbs 10 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • 4 sets 25 lbs 10-11 reps
  • Tricep dips
    • Bodyweight
    • 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Chest press with bar (on ground)
    • Black bar (30 lbs)
    • 2 sets of 10 reps; regular chest press
    • 2 sets of 10 reps; close grip press (triceps & chest)
