Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)

  • Bicep curl warm up
    • Green bar (12 lbs), Blue bar (15 lbs)
  • Bicep curls with weighted bars
    • Weight: red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
    • 1 set of 10 (red), big black bar 2 sets of 10 dropset to black bar
  • Rows with dumbbells
    • Weight: 30 lbs
    • 3 sets of 10
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 10 lbs
    • 2 sets arms together 10 reps; 1 set standing, 1 set sitting
    • 2 sets arms separately 10 reps each; 1 set standing, 1 set sitting
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine
    • Weight: 22.5 lbs, 25 lbs
    • 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 10
  • Cable machine bicep curl (kettlebell style)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs
    • 1 set of 10, 2 sets of 10
  • Bench flyer things
    • Weight: 20 lbs (added weights inside with black level)
    • 3 sets 10 reps
