Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)
- Bicep curl warm up
- Green bar (12 lbs), Blue bar (15 lbs)
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Weight: red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
- 1 set of 10 (red), big black bar 2 sets of 10 dropset to black bar
- Rows with dumbbells
- Weight: 30 lbs
- 3 sets of 10
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- Weight: 10 lbs
- 2 sets arms together 10 reps; 1 set standing, 1 set sitting
- 2 sets arms separately 10 reps each; 1 set standing, 1 set sitting
- Lat pulldown with cable machine
- Weight: 22.5 lbs, 25 lbs
- 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 10
- Cable machine bicep curl (kettlebell style)
- Weight: 17.5 lbs, 20 lbs
- 1 set of 10, 2 sets of 10
- Bench flyer things
- Weight: 20 lbs (added weights inside with black level)
- 3 sets 10 reps
