Workout Routine – 5/30/2023
A quick 30 minute legs / abs workout during my lunch. It was great having the gym all to myself.
Legs / Abs
- Squats
- Yellow bar (10 lbs) 2 sets of 10 reps
- Green bar (12 lbs) 2 sets of 10 reps
- Lunges
- Yellow bar (10 lbs) 2 sets of 12 reps
- Green bar (12 lbs) 2 sets of 12 reps
- Calf raises
- Yellow bar (10 lbs) 2 sets of 12 reps
- Green bar (12 lbs) 2 sets of 12 reps
- Sit ups on bench
- 3 sets of 25
- Leg lifts on bench
- 1 set of 25
- Walk on treadmill for 10 minutes
