Weight – 5/29/2023

90 lbsI’ve been out of town for a few days, so haven’t been properly weighing myself. I hopped on the scale when I got home and I think I’m still around 90. So let’s just go with 90 lbs.

Workout Routine – 5/29/2023

Officially back in the gym after 4 days being on vacation. It was rough. I was pretty go go go on my trip, walking ~7-10 miles a day (gotta love that big city life). Putting my suitcase in the overhead bin was a BREEZE. I love feeling strong and I love not having to rely on ~men~ to “help me”.

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Yellow bar (10 lbs) front arm raises, both grips – 2 sets
    • Green bar (12 lbs) shoulder presses behind back – 2 sets
  • Push ups on ground
    • 1 set 10 reps on knees (warm up)
    • 4 sets 6 reps no knees, 6 reps on knees
  • Handle push downs (triceps)
    • 1 set 10 lbs 10 reps (hands facing me & hands facing out)
    • 2 sets 12.5 lbs 10 reps (hands facing me & hands facing out)
    • 1 set 15 lbs 10 reps (hands facing me & hands facing out – 12.5 lbs)
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs; 2 sets 10 reps
    • Weight: 25 lbs; 2 sets 12 reps
  • Dumbbell triceps
    • 2 sets 10 lbs 10 reps
    • 2 sets 15 lbs 8 reps
  • Chest press with bar
    • Bench was a little elevated
    • Black bar (30 lbs) 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Tricep dips
    • Bodyweight
    • 3 sets of 10 reps
