Workout Routine – 5/23/2023

Day 3 of ~period~ – I’m feeling like 75% today.

Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Orange bar (8 lbs) Yellow bar (10 lbs) front arm raises – 2 sets
    • Green bar (12 lbs), Blue bar (15 lbs) shoulder presses behind back – 2 sets
  • Push ups on ground
    • 1 set 6 reps no knees, 8 reps on knees
    • 3 sets 7 reps no knees, 7 reps on knees
  • Cable machine (triceps)
    • Weight: 17.5 lbs; 2 set of 10 reps
    • Weight: 22.5 lbs; 2 sets 6 reps, drop to 15 lbs 6 reps
  • Chest press machine
    • Weight: 25 lbs; 4 sets 10 reps
  • Handle push downs (triceps)
    • 1 set 10 lbs 10 reps
    • 1 set 15 lbs 10 reps
    • 2 sets 17.5 lbs 10 reps
  • Chest press with bar
    • Black bar (30 lbs) 3 sets of 12 reps (last set with 11 reps bc weak)
  • Dumbbell triceps
    • 1 set 10 lbs 10 reps
    • 2 sets 15 lbs 7 reps
