89 lbswe WILL bounce back to 91.

Workout Routine – 5/22/2023

Day 2 of ~period~ – I’m feeling a bit better but still weak AF, mentally & physically.

Today, we decided to do Farmer’s Walks.

Farmer’s Walks

  • Holding two 10 lb weights
    • Walk ¼ of a mile
    • Rest
    • Walk ¼ of a mile
    • Rest
    • Walk ¼ of a mile

Legs

  • Squats (holding 10 lb weight) – repeat 3 times
  • Lunges (bodyweight) – repeat 3 times
  • Calf raises – repeat 3 times
