Workout Routine – 5/22/2023
Day 2 of ~period~ – I’m feeling a bit better but still weak AF, mentally & physically.
Today, we decided to do Farmer’s Walks.
Farmer’s Walks
- Holding two 10 lb weights
- Walk ¼ of a mile
- Rest
- Walk ¼ of a mile
- Rest
- Walk ¼ of a mile
Legs
- Squats (holding 10 lb weight) – repeat 3 times
- Lunges (bodyweight) – repeat 3 times
- Calf raises – repeat 3 times
