Workout Routine – 5/21/2023
Saturday was a long day of me trying to get a nail out of my tire. I walked a few miles (to and from the tire place) but didn’t do a full leg/ab work out.
Today, we did Pull. But I’d call it a half Pull today since I got my ~period~ and I’m not feeling so hot. But I’m glad I did a few exercises. Mentally, I needed that.
Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)
- Bicep curl warm up
- Green bar (12 lbs), Blue bar (15 lbs)
- Bicep curls with weighted bars
- Weight: black bar (20 lbs) red bar (25 lbs), big black bar (30 lbs)
- 1 set of 12 (black), 1 set of 10 (red), big black bar 1 set of 8 dropset to black 5 reps
- Rows with dumbbells
- Weight: 30 lbs
- 3 sets of 10
- Dumbbell bicep curls
- Weight: 10 lbs
- 2 sets of 12, solo arms
- 2 sets of 10, both arms at same time
- Lat pulldown with cable machine
- Weight:15 lbs
- Reps: 3 sets of 6
