Workout Routine – 5/16/2023
Today was a little bit of a ‘mini’ workout session. I wasn’t feeling great ~mentally~ so I decided to try to work off some tension and stress with a quick leg & ab work out during the work day.
I typically don’t like to work out during the work day OR work out at 3pm, but I needed to do something to get me feeling a bit better.
And drum roll… I do feel a little bit better.
Weekly workout plan:
Mon – chest & triceps (push)– DoneTues – legs & abs– Done- Wed – back & biceps (pull)
- Thurs – off
- Fri – chest & triceps (push)
- Sat – back & biceps (pull) – 2 months of working out
- Sun – legs & abs
Legs / Abs
- Squats with yellow bar (10 lbs)
- 3 sets of 12
- Lunges with yellow bar
- 3 sets of 12
- Calf raises
- 3 sets of 12
- Leg lifts
- 1 set of 25
- Sit ups
- 1 set of 25
