Workout Routine – 5/16/2023

Today was a little bit of a ‘mini’ workout session. I wasn’t feeling great ~mentally~ so I decided to try to work off some tension and stress with a quick leg & ab work out during the work day.

I typically don’t like to work out during the work day OR work out at 3pm, but I needed to do something to get me feeling a bit better.

And drum roll… I do feel a little bit better.

Weekly workout plan:

  • Mon – chest & triceps (push)Done
  • Tues – legs & absDone
  • Wed – back & biceps (pull)
  • Thurs – off
  • Fri – chest & triceps (push)
  • Sat – back & biceps (pull) – 2 months of working out
  • Sun – legs & abs

Legs / Abs

  • Squats with yellow bar (10 lbs)
    • 3 sets of 12
  • Lunges with yellow bar
    • 3 sets of 12
  • Calf raises
    • 3 sets of 12
  • Leg lifts
    • 1 set of 25
  • Sit ups
    • 1 set of 25
