89 lbs – Will I ever hit 92 lbs?!

Workout Routine – 5/3/2023
Feeling way better about the push/pull routine after doing today’s work out. I had sufficient time in between workouts for my arms to recover. Had a good dinner. Weather was shitty but vibes were good.
Tomorrow we’ll do legs / abs (and be ‘we’, I mean ‘me’) and then Friday will likely be an off day? And then Saturday back at it with the Pull exercises.
Chest / Triceps (Push exercises)
- Shoulder warm up
- Yellow bar (15 lbs) behind head, shoulder press 2 sets of 10 reps
- Blue bar (20 lbs) in front, shoulder press 1 set of 10 reps
- Push ups on ground (on knees)
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Kettlebell triceps
- Weight: 15 lb
- 3 sets of 10
- Chest press with bar
- Black bar (30 lbs) 3 sets of 10 reps
- Cable machine (triceps)
- Weight: 15lbs
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Chest press machine
- Weight: 10 lbs
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Tricep dips
- Bodyweight
- 3 sets of 10 reps
