    • yellow bar, green bar, blue bar
  • Bicep curls with bar
    • 1 with red bar, 1 with big black bar, 1 blue bar drop set
    • 3 sets of 10
  • Bench rows
    • Weight: 25 lbs each arm separately
    • 3 sets of 10
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 10 lbs each arm
    • 20 reps 4 sets
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 40 lbs 
    • 3 sets 10 reps
  • Cable machine bicep curl
    • Weight: 12.5 lbs
    • 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bench flyer things
    • Weight: 15 lbs 
    • 3 sets 10 reps
