- Weight: 25 lbs each arm separately
- 3 sets of 10
- Bicep curls with dumbbells
- Weight: 10 lbs each arm
- 20 reps 4 sets
- Row machine
- Weight: 40 lbs
- 3 sets 10 reps
- Cable machine bicep curl
- Weight: 12.5 lbs
- 3 sets of 10 reps
- Bench flyer things
- Weight: 15 lbs
- 3 sets 10 reps
