Happy May. It’s Leg Day. I hate doing legs. I think I’ve said it before. It sucks. I find myself sweating and struggling way more doing legs than I do with any other body part work out.

My legs are just not strong yet. And it doesn’t help that you use your legs daily, so you feel the soreness that much more.

Abs. I like doing abs for the most part. But kinda similar to legs, the soreness that comes from it lingers for a few days.

Legs / Abs

  • Squats with orange bar (8 lbs)
    • 4 sets of 10
  • Lunges with orange bar
    • 4 sets of 12
  • Calf raises
    • 4 sets of 12
  • Leg extension machine
    • 11.5 lbs 
    • 2 sets of 10
  • Leg lifts
    • 3 sets of 20
