Workout Routine – 4/28/2023

Today was the first day of transitioning into the push/pull exercise routines. Today was ‘pull’ which means bicep and back exercises. Overall it was good. Arms are definitely PUMPED and tingling. And I’ll definitely feel it in my back tomorrow morning.

Biceps / Back (Pull exercises)

  • Bicep curl warm up
    • Orange bar (8? lbs), yellow bar (10 lbs), blue bar (15? lbs)
  • Bicep curls with bar
    • 1 with red bar (25 lbs), 2 with big black bar (30 lbs, RIP)
    • 3 sets of 6-10
  • Cable machine rows
    • Weight: 15 lbs each arm separately
    • 3 sets of 10
  • Bicep curls with dumbbells
    • Weight: 10 lb dumbbells
    • 20 reps 4 sets
  • Row machine
    • Weight: 40 lbs
    • 3 sets 10 reps
  • Kettlebell bicep curls
    • Weight: 15 lbs
    • 3 sets of 12 reps
  • Bench flyer things
    • 15 lbs (it might have been 20 lbs tbh, idk) 3 sets 6 reps
