Strength Training Progress – April 25 2023

Weight – 4/25/2023

88 lbs

Every morning before I go to the bathroom, I weigh myself. I’ve found that this would probably be the most realistic and accurate weight. While of course, I feel like this is when I’m my ~skinniest~, I do believe this will truly show if I’m gaining the weight I’m hoping to gain.

To keep track, I created a Google Form where I input my weight and it automatically gets formatted into a graph. As long as I remember and enter the number, I’ll be able to accurate track my weight.

Workout Routine – 4/25/2023

Chest / Back (3 variations for each muscle)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar 1 rep of 10
    • Orange bar 2 reps of 10
  • Chest press with bar
    • 1 set 10 reps
    • Black bar 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Row machine
    • 40lbs 2 sets 10 reps
    • 55lbs 2 set 6 reps
  • Push ups on the bench
    • Bodyweight 4 sets of 10
  • Bench back flyer things (I just googled it, it’s called ‘incline reverse dumbbell flyers)
    • 10 lbs 3 sets 10 reps
  • Push ups on ground (on knees)
    • 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Lat pulldown with cable machine
    • 20 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
