Workout Routine – 4/22/2023

Chest / Back (3 variations for each muscle)

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Orange bar 3 reps of 10
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets off 10 reps
  • Row machine 40lbs 2 sets 10 reps; 1 set of 5 at 55lbs
  • Chest press with red bar (20reps)  black bar 2 sets of 7-10
  • Lat pull down with cable machine
    • 20 lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps, 22.5lbs 1 set of 10 reps
